It was a 5-days Trip to Bhutan ( Thimpu,Paro & Punakha) . It was very well- planned and coordinated. Our tour manager Mr. Soumalya Ghosh was very knowledgeable; has a great sense of humour too n ensured we have a fun trip. Would like to mention a few other names that I interacted with- Anushka, Sneha, Akash,Soumya – a big shout out to ’em !!! They were on their toes throughout. I’m impressed by their dedication& energy level. They addressed our issues effectively. Made us feel so comfortable. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for making my first trip so memorable. looking forward to many more trips like this.
